People of the world! I have figured out what is wrong with my generation. Genuinely intelligent people can un-ironically and with straight faces defend the opinion that feminism is totally similar to racism.

How is everyone else doing today?

I keep re-reading this, and it keeps making less and less sense.

Having said that, I've just removed someone from my Facebook who was appallingly sexist, and also in his second year of university. Proof that brains do not a smart person make!

His entire response to my chewing him out through email was "An extremist anything is bad." I'm tempted to reply, "But Susan B. Anthony didn't kill six million people."

Yeah, this is a guy who often has problems with thoughtlessly making remarks that are stunningly widely offensive, but I'm pretty sure this one reaches a new high. (I'm mostly just scared by the fact that his girlfriend and her best friend defended his point of view.)
